IT'S NOT A NEW BEGINNING

Welcome to my pivot

01.

Who ... ?

Either by chance or design, I'm a proud Indonesian and an immigrant to Australia. A creative mind living the dream through design, culture and travel.

At first, I thought my experience traveling and adventuring around places and industries would give me a broad experience, turns out it helped me to understand and focus on what I am doing now; holistic design at multiple levels as craft, operation, and strategy.

As a designer with CaLD background, having lived in a few countries and starting my career in a multinational company, I have diverse knowledge, international experience, and cross cultural competence and understanding which enables me to connect with a wide section of society.

I can't define myself in a single title, passion, or dream because I AM THE MANY THINGS I dreamed of as a child.

02.

What ... ?

At the base level, I transform ideas into well-crafted outcomes, allowing me to help those who are fierce enough to make a change in a crisis and add value to many people.

Yes! My goal for every project is the same; to craft powerful narratives, creating lasting impact and sustainable relationships between people.

By combining design thinking, thorough research and empathy, I create the logic of user journeys, the structure of product/service and the interactions that form the core of how people use the brand.

A seamless blend of visual design, interaction design and information architecture to facilitate better interactions between the user and digital products across different platforms.

Cultivate voices, ideas, purposes and business strategy into a strong brand.

Express ideas and thoughts into brilliantly written, relevant, valuable, and entertaining content. It attracts and engages the reader. It tells a story.

While UX design is focused on giving solutions to people, marketing strategy has the aim of creating brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing the revenue. I combine those two so it breathes life into the brand.

03.

How ... ?

I often integrate storytelling, design thinking and Human-Centered Design throughout all my works.

Supported by applied skills in research, information architecture, prototyping and visual communication, I combine empathy, communication, curiosity and collaboration to excel in my work.

It's about designing WITH, not just FOR the end user.

04.

Why ... ?

Through the journey to define myself, I have learned what I desire and need from my career.

I desire to work in a creative and innovative environment. Surrounded by inspiring and dynamic people. Collaborating with different experiences, skills, and interests, and most importantly the opportunity to create something that can bring some real changes to the world and provide values.

UX Design is not the last stop on my journey of self development but it is my calling to satisfy my skills and interest.

05.

Where ... ?

With the nature of my work and my personality, I like moving around and thinking global. That's what I learned from my migration journey.

Of course it requires more than a good internet connection. A sense of curiosity, an open mind and cross-cultural understanding. It needs experience working on the international scale, which I do.

Home is always Flores island, Indonesia, but my journey allows me to call Australia as my second home. Currently I reside in Perth, but  choose to work with everyone all over the world who shares the same values.

or find me on the beach with my fur baby
